Job Description - Grade Specific Role Overview:â¢Provides services according to the Service Delivery scope to meet specific KPIsâ¢Supports delivery of Procurement services into the Businessâ¢Maintains a proactive working attitude towards the Clientâ¢Has basic knowledge of the Stakeholder community within the work perimeterâ¢Manages relationships with Stakeholdersâ¢Understands P2P processes â¢Has knowledge about cross-functional workâ¢Monitors process adherence across work perimeter and escalates as needed â¢Coordinates/supports junior professionals in process adherence and problem solvingâ¢Identifies, reports and participates in process improvements implementationGeneral Responsibilities / Accountabilities:â¢Ensures the daily activities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with procedures and KPI targetsâ¢Demonstrates knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the functionâ¢Accountable for process compliance within the work perimeterâ¢Responsible for a customer focused service towards the client, reacting to client requests and queries in a timely fashionâ¢Responsive to local Stakeholders in solving day-to-day activitiesâ¢Provides subject matter expertise as needed by other team membersâ¢Supports junior professionals in day-to-day activities â¢Helps the team to achieve common goalsâ¢Acts to overall procurement policies and processesâ¢Continually strives to simplify, standardize and improve processes â¢Continually seeks out ways to improve Client satisfactionâ¢Proactively shares knowledge on on P2P and Service Delivery procedures with other servise delivery team membersâ¢Supports transformation projects activites Skills (competencies)
