AI Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to join our innovative team in Bengaluru. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning, looking to apply their skills in llm, rag, gpt, and llama within a dynamic work environment. With an experience range of 3-5 years, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing AI models that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI models using core skills such as llm, rag, gpt, and llama.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and integrate AI solutions that meet those needs.
- Stay abreast of developments in AI technologies and continuously evaluate them for potential application within our projects.
- Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be leveraged through AI.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI systems while adhering to best practices in data security and privacy.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on AI-related projects.
- Troubleshoot complex issues arising during the development lifecycle of AI models.

Required Skills

- Expertise in LLM Finetuning
- Expertise in artificial intelligence methodologies with specific skills in llm, rag, gpt, and llama.
- Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant languages used in AI development.
- Demonstrated experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
- A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles relevant to AI.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
