About Us

We are a fast-growing luxury fashion startup specializing in handcrafted ethnic wear, dedicated to bringing timeless craftsmanship and contemporary elegance together. As we prepare to launch our first flagship store, we are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Performance Marketing Associate to join our team and play a key role in shaping the digital presence and growth of our brand.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage social media strategy and content calendars across platforms

• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) with a focus on performance and ROI

• Create engaging and luxury-driven content including reels, graphics, and brand videos

• Design high-quality creatives for campaigns, posts, and website requirements

• Edit video and graphic content using Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, and other tools

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing brand photoshoots

• Maintain and regularly update the brand website

• Collaborate with influencers and oversee brand partnerships

• Handle audience engagement, respond to queries, and strengthen client relations

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing and performance marketing (preferably in fashion or luxury industry)

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or equivalent editing tools

• Creative eye for luxury branding, content creation, and storytelling

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving brand needs

Work Mode

• Initial 1–2 months: Hybrid (remote + in-person meetings)

• Post store launch: Fully offline (store-based operations)
