Job Title Senior Healthcare Recruiter Location Noida On-site Shift Night shifts Experience 2 yrs About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team You will play a pivotal role in sourcing screening and hiring qualified healthcare professionals for various client requirements in the US healthcare staffing sector This role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment during night shifts Key Responsibilities Source Attract Talent Source and attract qualified healthcare candidates via multiple channels including job boards social media and networking Screen Interview Screen interview and assess candidates skills qualifications and cultural fit Collaborate with Hiring Managers Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies End-to-End Recruitment Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate identification to offer negotiation and onboarding Database Metrics Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics Build Relationships Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals to create a talent pipeline Compliance Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and client standards Recruitment Events Participate in recruitment drives job fairs and other hiring events as required Qualifications and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience as a healthcare recruiter or in a similar recruitment role Strong understanding of healthcare roles certifications and industry trends Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work night shifts flexibly and manage high-volume recruitment Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems ATS and recruitment tools Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Why Join Us Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity to work in a fast-growing supportive company with a positive work culture Exposure to the US healthcare staffing market and career growth opportunities Work-life balance with structured night shifts Apply Now
