About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Consultant Physician to join our Telemedicine team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical consultations to patients through telehealth platforms, ensuring accurate diagnosis, timely advice, and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities - Conduct virtual medical consultations via phone, video, or chat. - Diagnose and treat a range of primary care and general medical conditions. - Review medical histories, symptoms, and reports to provide accurate clinical advice. - Recommend tests, medications, and treatments as per guidelines. - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the system. - Escalate cases requiring in-person consultation or emergency care. - Collaborate with internal clinical teams for patient care coordination. - Ensure adherence to all telemedicine protocols, clinical governance, and regulatory guidelines. - Work in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations. Required Qualifications & Skills - MBBS degree from a recognized institution (mandatory). - Valid medical registration/license. - Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred (telemedicine experience is a plus). - Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and patient-interaction abilities. - Comfortable with technology, digital tools, and electronic medical records. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
