Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research on relevant regulations and compliance issues in the automotive and e-scooter industries.
- Assist in the review and drafting of contracts, agreements, and internal policies.
- Support the legal team in preparing documentation for regulatory filings and corporate governance.
- Participate in meetings and take notes, summarizing key points and action items.
- Help the legal team in maintaining trackers and document repository.
- Help maintain and organize legal documents and records.
- Assist in compliance audits and investigations as needed.
- Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:

- The ideal candidate should be an independent, result-oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- A law degree (LL.B.) from a reputed law school is essential.
- Preferably currently pursuing or a 2025 pass out.
- Experience of 0-1 years in a legal department in an organization of a similar legal complexity or in a law firm.
