Job Description About the Role We are looking for a proactive and travel-ready EBO Project Executive who has strong experience in EBO setups, vendor coordination, store development, and on-ground execution. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end store projects across India and ensuring timely completion with quality standards. Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) setup and rollout projects across multiple cities. - Travel to store locations pan-India for site visits, monitoring work progress, and ensuring execution as per brand guidelines. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, interior designers, electricians, carpenters, and other external teams. - Oversee store development stages layout planning, material procurement, installation, fixtures, branding, and final finishing. - Track project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule. - Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate pricing, timelines, and quality parameters. - Maintain project documentation: reports, checklists, timelines, budgets, and approvals. - Liaise with internal teams such as Operations, Retail Sales, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing to ensure smooth store launches. - Highlight project risks and delays and escalate when required. - Ensure brand standards, safety guidelines, and store audit requirements are met. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any field; preference for candidates with project or retail background. - 25 years of experience in project coordination, retail store launch, EBO setup, or vendor management. - Strong knowledge of store development processes (fixtures, branding, civil work, electricals, etc.). - Excellent vendor coordination and negotiation skills. - Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Willingness to travel extensively (7080% travel required). - Good communication and reporting skills. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle on-ground challenges.
