Job Description Decorpot is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Associate Director - Sales to lead and scale our sales operations within the dynamic interior design and turnkey fit-out sector. This leadership role demands a strong understanding of both B2C and B2B sales, particularly within the interiors industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving significant revenue growth through structured sales processes, exceptional team leadership, and seamless cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue across residential, commercial, and turnkey interior projects. - Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Managers, Business Development Executives, and Design Consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring target achievement. - Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients, architects, contractors, and channel partners. - Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emerging market trends, and untapped client segments to significantly expand the company's reach. - Collaborate seamlessly with the design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure flawless project execution and deliver an exceptional client experience. - Track and optimize the entire sales funnel, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure, identifying areas for improvement. - Deliver accurate sales forecasts, insightful reports, and critical market intelligence to senior leadership for strategic decision-making. - Define and monitor key sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and implement effective incentive plans to consistently drive team performance. - Represent Decorpot at trade shows, exhibitions, and key networking events, enhancing brand visibility and generating new leads. - Ensure rigorous process compliance, maintain CRM hygiene, and champion continual improvement in sales methodologies and practices. Skills - Proven expertise in strategic sales planning and execution. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong leadership and team management capabilities, particularly across distributed teams. - Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools. - Strong understanding of pricing models, client presentation techniques, and competitive landscape analysis. - Deep understanding of B2C and B2B sales cycles in the interior design or related industries. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 812 years of experience in sales leadership within the Interior Design, Modular Furniture, or Real Estate sectors.
