Responsibilities

- Gather, validate, and document user requirements for SAP enhancements, reports, and additional developments.
- Provide functional support in SAP SD, PP, MM module, with working knowledge of QM and FICO integration points.
- Ensure effective handling of SAP Change Request life cycle – from requirement gathering, testing in DEV/Quality, to deployment in Production.
- Support SAP Master Data Management (MDM) uploads with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with SAP support partners for incident resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Coordinate with functional leads (MM, QM, SD, PP, FICO, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, Projects) to ensure smooth business process operations.
- Perform Unit Testing / Integration Testing / UAT coordination before moving changes to production environment.
- Act as Project Coordinator for cross-functional SAP-related initiatives, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Maintain compliance with pharmaceutical IT regulations (Data Integrity, GxP, Audit Trail, Validation).
- Prepare and maintain documentation (Change Requests, Test Scripts, SOPs, Training materials).
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support for SAP-related issues.
- Proactively identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to IT Governance, Change Management, and Audit standards.

DESIRED SKILLS

- SAP certification(s) in MM / SD / PP / QM / FICO or S/4HANA preferred.
- Good understanding of inter-module integration and SAP landscape (DEV, QAS, PRD).
- Knowledge of GxP, GMP, Data Integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11 compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with project coordination, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and documentation (SOPs, CRs, Test Scripts).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and end-user training skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under strict timelines while ensuring compliance and quality.
