Key Responsibilities: - Supplier Sourcing: Identify and evaluate vendors for project and internal needs, with preference for ELV system OEMs. - Contract Negotiation: Conduct technical evaluations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs. - Purchase Order Management: Prepare rate comparisons, obtain approvals, and generate accurate POs aligned with project/site requirements. - Order Tracking: Monitor deliveries, track shipments, and ensure timely material availability to support billing and project timelines. - Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong supplier relationships and collaborate with project teams post-order to address challenges. - Quality & Compliance: Ensure materials meet technical specs, quality standards, and project deadlines. - Reporting: Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports on order status and procurement activities. Qualifications: - Skills: Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and good communication skills. - Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in procurement, preferably with a system integrator.
