Theatre Incharge

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Theatre Manager to oversee all aspects of our theater operations The Theatre Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of performances managing staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the theater This role requires strong leadership skills excellent organizational abilities and a passion for the performing arts Responsibilities Manage all aspects of theater operations including scheduling ticketing concessions and facility maintenance Coordinate with directors producers and technical staff to ensure successful production of plays musicals and other performances Oversee budgeting and financial management for theater operations including monitoring expenses and revenue generation Collaborate with marketing and promotion teams to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement and ticket sales Maintain relationships with artists agents and other industry professionals to secure high-quality productions and talent Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure equipment props and other resources needed for productions Handle patron inquiries feedback and complaints in a professional and courteous manner Stay informed about industry trends regulations and best practices in theater management Qualifications Bachelor s degree Proven 3 experience in theater management or performing arts administration Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail Knowledge of technical aspects of theater production including lighting sound and stage design Ability to work evenings weekends and irregular hours as required by theater schedules Contact No 7087118097 Department All Departments Skills Required Supervision incharge activities Leadership Years Of Exp 3 to 6 Years Designation Theatre Incharge
