Join our team as an Authorization (Auth) Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the care they need—on time and without barriers. 💼 What You’ll Do: - Review and evaluate prior authorization requests for medical services, procedures, and medications. - Verify patient insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations. - Maintain accurate records of all authorization activities in the EHR system. - Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients. - Stay updated with evolving insurance policies and regulatory requirements. - Support training and mentoring for new team members. 🧠 What We’re Looking For: - Education: Any degree (training/certification in medical billing & coding preferred). - Experience: Prior experience in US healthcare, medical billing, or authorization process is a plus. - Skills: - Exceptional attention to detail - Strong communication (verbal & written) - Analytical and problem-solving mindset - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Familiarity with EHR and medical billing systems 🌟 Why Join Us?
