Position Overview We are seeking a female Business Growth Manager (Female Candidates ) who can confidently represent our company, build strong client relationships, and drive business expansion. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, result-oriented, and passionate about communication, client servicing, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new business clients across industries. Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Pitch company services including Web Development, CRM, Digital Marketing, and Automation Solutions. Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand business needs. Send quotations/proposals and follow up until deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, CRM) for smooth project execution. Maintain accurate data and activity logs in CRM or daily reporting sheets. Meet monthly business growth and client onboarding targets. Key Skills Required Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion ability. Confident in client interactions and handling B2B discussions. Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Websites, or CRM will be an added advantage. Comfortable using LinkedIn, Gmail, Excel, and basic CRM tools. Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional in work approach. Qualification & Experience Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or Commerce. 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred.
