Responsibilities - Source and attract candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies. - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems. - Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals. - Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding recruitment progress and candidate status. - Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events as needed. Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
