Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction Conversion Act as the primary contact person for all OPD and diagnostic patients Approach and counsel patients visiting for consultations diagnostics or other services to convert them into inpatients or regular hospital clients Provide information about hospital facilities consultants treatment options and packages Ensure smooth coordination between patients and hospital departments for seamless service delivery Doctor Referral Development Establish and maintain relationships with doctors and clinics outside the hospital for patient referrals Conduct regular visits to referring doctors to update them about hospital services consultants and specialty departments Follow up with referral sources to ensure consistent patient inflow Marketing Promotion Participate in hospital marketing campaigns community outreach programs and health camps Support in developing marketing strategies to increase patient footfall Maintain and update records of daily visits leads referrals and conversions Customer Relationship Management Handle patient feedback grievances and suggestions professionally and report to management for resolution Ensure a positive patient experience by providing guidance and support throughout their hospital journey Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 60 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund
