We're looking for an candidate to join our team in Bangalore. This is a hybrid role requiring two days in the office You will report to the Manager, QA Engineering. Technology You'll Use - Must to have-Automation Tool knowledge (Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman). - Must to have - Performance testing - Able to Design and develop test frameworks and maintain existing internal QA tools. - Should be aware about the QA Processes. - Good understanding of Microservice architecture Your Role Responsibilities Here's What You'll Do - Analyse and translate business requirements and user stories into test cases, testing suites, and testing scripts - Leads testing, finds bugs, and takes initiative to fix bugs with developers - Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a QA team. Provide guidance and support for career development. - Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases What We'd Like to See - Holds expert-level experience and uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. - Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. - Exercises judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. - Leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise. - Thorough understanding of Informatica's business priorities, strategy, and direction.
