Strategic Planning and Leadership Developing and implementing strategic plans for the pharmacy program aligning it with industry standards and regulatory requirements Academic Program Oversight Managing the curriculum ensuring it meets accreditation standards and promoting innovative teaching methods Faculty Management Overseeing faculty recruitment development evaluation and promotion fostering a positive and inclusive work environment Compliance and Accreditation Ensuring the institution adheres to all relevant regulations including those set by the Pharmacy Council of India PCI and other bodies Research and Innovation Promoting research initiatives securing funding opportunities and encouraging faculty and student participation in research projects Stakeholder Engagement Building and maintaining relationships with the pharmaceutical industry professional organizations and other relevant stakeholders Resource Management Developing and managing the department s budget allocating resources effectively and seeking external funding Promoting a Positive Learning Environment Fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for students and staff addressing student concerns and promoting student success Representation and Advocacy Representing the pharmacy school at professional meetings conferences and other events Continuous Improvement Ensuring the institution s educational standards and reputation are maintained and continuously improved Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 75 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
