Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Programme Planning & Execution
- Plan, initiate, and manage programmes ensuring alignment with stakeholders on scope, budget, resource planning, milestones, and risk management.
- Prepare and maintain programme documentation including roadmaps, schedules, governance structures, and progress reports.
- Manage key milestone tracking, issue resolution, and delivery assurance.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with AWS teams, country regulators, the PRA, auditors, and internal Cloud Governance teams.
- Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Prepare business cases for project prioritisation, resource allocation, and architecture enhancements.
- Technical & Architectural Oversight
- Understand system workflows, APIs, runtime characteristics, and architectural constraints to support decision-making.
- Oversee architecture deficiency resolution and unblock delivery issues.
- Ensure cloud implementation meets security, performance, and compliance standards.
- Banking Domain Projects
- Lead cloud-based core banking application implementation for Singapore.
- Support the rollout of new credit card product replacing legacy mainframe systems.
- Contribute to policy development (e.g., SDF policy for agile projects).

- Ownership of the entire cloud hosting and approval process, including regulatory and audit engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Programme Management, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.
- Proven track record in delivering cloud-hosted enterprise applications (AWS experience preferred).
- Experience in core banking and credit card systems implementation.
- Strong knowledge of programme governance, risk management, and milestone tracking.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with regulatory bodies and auditors.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and policy formulation.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
