We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team and help us build our brand presence.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphics Designer to join our Marketing department at Mayfair Housing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that enhances our brand presence across all marketing channels and supports our real estate development and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development

- Develop high-quality visual designs for marketing materials including brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, and digital content.
- Design promotional materials for property launches, events, and sales campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing materials.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for various housing projects and developments.

Digital & Print Media

- Design digital marketing assets for website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Create print advertisements for newspapers, magazines, and outdoor advertising (billboards, hoardings).
- Design signage and wayfinding materials for construction sites and sales offices.

Brand Management

- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain visual identity standards.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and refine brand positioning.
- Create and maintain design templates and brand asset libraries.
- Support the development of new brand initiatives and sub-brands for different projects.

Collaboration & Leadership

- Work closely with marketing managers, sales teams, and external agencies.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, construction, or related industries.
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.

Technical Skills

- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Coral Draw, etc.
- Strong skills in layout design, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with MS Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Xcel).
