Role Overview We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation systems that enhance transparency, compliance, and operational intelligence. You will lead the development of models and tools that combine machine learning, NLP, and data-driven insights with secure, scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop AI/NLP models for data classification, anomaly detection, and predictive governance. - Integrate AI models into scalable web and backend systems using Node.js, Python, or Java. - Collaborate with frontend developers (React/Next.js) to integrate AI capabilities into dashboards and tools. - Develop automated decision support systems using real-time data and AI insights. - Work closely with data scientists to train, fine-tune, and deploy models for text, image, or structured data. - Ensure AI systems are secure, explainable, and ethically aligned. - Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and continuous integration (CI/CD). - Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, ML, and governance automation. Required Skills - Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with Node.js or Java. - Experience with Machine Learning / NLP frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face). - Deep understanding of transformer models (BERT, RoBERTa, Llama, Mistral). - Knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and real-time data processing. - Hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure for model deployment. - Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL). - Understanding of AI ethics, data security, and scalable architecture. Preferred Qualifications - 35 years of experience in AI model development and integration. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. - Experience with SCADA systems or industrial data platforms. - Background in renewable energy, governance automation, or process optimization. - Knowledge of web security and performance optimization techniques.
