Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible to carry out mechanical maintenance activities. 2. To ensure 100% availability of the machines for production. Responsible to carry out mechanical maintenance activities for Steel Foundry Division
- Planning & Maintaining of preventive maintenance schedule.
- Procuring spares & Special tool development in consultation with manufacturing engineering.
- Track machine down time of important machines.
- Planning and execution of erection and commissioning of equipments & utilities.
- Take care emergency breakdown.
- Controlling down time Controlling cost.
- Ensure that the Machine down time is reduced as per the plan and ensure availability of equipments to production.
