The role requires coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth functioning and operational excellence. Qualifications - Strong Customer Service skills to ensure an excellent guest experience and address any concerns effectively - Proficiency in Budgeting and strong financial management skills - Experience in Sales, including driving customer engagement and revenue growth - Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations for managing and delivering high-quality dining services - Experience in Receptionist Duties, including front desk management, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and solve problems efficiently - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) - Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role - Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
