Motion Designer / Video Editor

Department: Brand & Communications

Location: Navi Mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

Create precise, high-clarity technical animations and videos that explain Commtel Networks products, architectures, and use cases for executive, engineering, and operations audiences. Own narrative clarity, technical accuracy, and brand consistency across all motion assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate engineering briefs, solution architectures, and network topologies into storyboards and motion specifications.
- Produce 2D/3D animations that accurately depict engineering and technical content.
- Distill complex concepts into clear visual models and information design suitable for corporate presentations, product launches, and customer education.
- Maintain a reusable visual language (icons, schemas, diagram conventions) and version content for different audiences and regions.
- Ensure accessibility, captioning, on-brand typography, and meticulous QC across aspect ratios and durations.

Qualifications

- 4+ years producing technical animations for B2B technology, telecom, industrial, or enterprise software.
- Excellence in storyboarding, pacing, visual hierarchy, and quantitative/diagrammatic clarity.
- Comfortable working within modern 2D/3D animation pipelines and rendering/compositing workflows (specific tools flexible).
- Organized, review-driven, and able to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
