Job Description

- Designing and developing custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Good knowledge in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tools.
- Knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience building business process automations or workflows.
- Experience with reporting & dashboard technology.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Preferred:

- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (ideally Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Salesforce Lightning,)
- Experience on Health cloud is an added advantage
