Job Context ABFRL is operating in dynamic and complex retail environment hence all WH s also functioning differently in there WH processes established till date The productivity and efficiency of WH operation is key hence WH application support expected immediate response to issues raised by WH teams Manage Warehousing Inventory Management processes capabilities by stabilizing optimizing existing process at WH WH processes need changes as per business expectation for faster SLA turnaround time on goods delivery to end customer and stores Aligning EWM ECC application processes and systems with Warehouse processes improvement in WH efficiency in time per task and lowering cost of consumables use at WH Improving Inventory Accuracy between EWM Vs ECC EWM Vs Physical stock storage bins and floor at WH WH inventory visibility by aging report to avoid Expiry reduce dormant inventory at WH Avoid Margin Leakages by improving order fill rate by picking quantity accuracy with right material Enable complete traceability of open task partial task across WH process function for necessary action by WH Team All physical carton should have address LPN to track the material movement and visibility to WH team Put governance mechanism in place with required control validations and correct process flow mapping across EWM and ECC applications Infrastructure support in coordination with common infrastructure team WH Related Project Management for all major and minor projects with systematic project tracking and collaboration with cross-functional teams Vendor interfacing for technical discussions and evaluation of resources technologies Manage the support team to handle both ad-hoc requests and planned feature releases Warehouse set up and new automations for efficiency improvement Report and dashboard automation to support innerwear operations Engaging with central team on digital initiatives KRAs Accountability Supporting Actions Warehouse Application Support and EWM ECC Application uptime Ensure support team available as per plan and adhoc request from WH Team to resolve issue on high priority Ensure EWM application uptime during WH working hrs Check E-mail calls from WH team to fast track issue resolution and minimal impact to WH operation when issue raised Ensure EWM application uptime during WH working hrs Support Application Lead on Warehouse operation support issue minimising and stability from EWM application Warehouse Application Configuration and Customization Understand and document current Warehouse processes Inventory Management Understand and documented new WH requirement prepare BRD FS with support WH users EWM functional team Understand new features and ensure system configuration that accurately maps process workflow optimizes processes and data and zero process and data leak To develop functional specifications for custom program change requests and reports To conduct functional testing get UAT signed off Warehouse Application Implementation Roll out and Support To support warehouse teams during EWM application roll out and to make sure that roll out is seamless and without loss of any business critical function and data To track new changes published project tracker during rollout implementation To support UAT during rollouts and implementation To develop SOP Process Document Configuration Document End User Manuals and training content Warehouse - MIS Data Management Build easy to use templates and upload scripts for data input and integrity Monitor and manage data hygiene across the application through exception reporting system Ensure timely availability of data MIS through reports dashboards tools for supporting business decision making Application Infrastructure Management Support Track infrastructure performance on continuous basis and ensure mitigation actions are taken in advance Application Related regular server maintenance activity to be carryout Data Volume Management on Servers Archiving and Purging as per policy DR Management off line back up online back up Patch upgrade firmware upgrade OS upgrade SAP suggested index applications on Databased for performance fine tuning DR Drill between application for sustainability drive WH Automations Drive project for WH automation conduct feasibility mapping and interface building with third party application Ensure sustainability and continuity of third party application communication with EWM application Support Train on WH automation and enable monitoring for no data loss or no time loss in data communication Functional specialization Warehousing and WH end to end processes Possess specialization and prior hands on expertise in point of sale system Distributor Management System and Sales Force Automation and working knowledge of SAP ERP or other ERP and interface to it Develop expertise on the job on technologies where prior expertise is lacking or partial Best Practices Bring in Adopt Warehouse best practices including common and efficient WH process standard EWM processes to be in place at WH automation WH process to save time per activity task SOP Patches System upgrade to be carryout control DB growth with regular Archiving and Purging of Data as per guidelines approved by business People Management Develop strong working relationships with key WH user WH Manager IT Application Manager Support Teams Communicate with other departments formats efficiently and effectively Manage and mentor support team members WH key users
