Job Name: Management Trainee (MT) - CA Job Type: Full Time What we are looking for: - Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) from May 2025 batch with strong conceptual and analytical skills - High on energy, adaptability, and problem-solving - Passionate about creating business impact through finance excellence - Willingness to take on challenging roles across businesses and geographies Role & Location Business Unit & Site Locations Pan India - HZL – Dariba, Zawar, Debari, Chanderiya, Agucha (Rajasthan) – Finance - DSC, RDM, SKM, CPP, RAM, ZM, Capex, Pyro, Hydro, Business Analyst - CFO. - Aluminium – Jharsuguda (Orissa), Korba (Chhattisgarh), Vishakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh) – Financial Reporting, FP&A, Business Controller, Sales Controller. - Power Sector – Nellore (Andhra Pradesh), Singhitarai (Chhattisgarh), Mansa (Punjab) – Financial Reporting, Power sales, Taxation & Finance Vetting & Project Audit. - Cairn Oil & Gas – Barmer - lead Finance - ESL – Bokaro (Jharkhand) – Lead Finance - Copper & Nickle – Silvassa (Gujarat) & Goa – Finance Controller - Nandghar & AAF - Delhi - Finance Controller - Sesa Goa - Chitradurga(Karnataka) - Business Controller Eligibility: - 60% throughout in 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation, without any backlogs at the time of selection and joining. - B.
