Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our Insurtech team. You will be responsible for developing high-quality, scalable software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code. - Develop, test, and deploy desktop/web applications, APIs, or backend systems. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications. - Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Stay up-to-date with Python frameworks, libraries, and best practices. Required Skills And Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Python and its standard libraries. - Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Experience with data analysis/engineering principles. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, database systems (SQL/NoSQL), and ORM tools. - Understanding of version control systems (Git). - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes. - Experience with testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest). - Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
