Key Responsibilities Implementation Configuration Design and configure Oracle Fusion AP to support invoice processing payments and vendor management Customize workflows and approval hierarchies based on business needs Set up suppliers payment terms and invoice matching rules Functional Analysis Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to gather and analyze business requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations Support Troubleshooting Provide day-to-day support for AP users resolving issues related to invoice processing payment failures and supplier setups Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Testing Documentation Develop and execute test scenarios for AP processes Document configurations functional specifications and user manual Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Financials especially Accounts Payable Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay P2P processes Experience with invoice matching payment processing and supplier management Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and integration tools Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and documentation abilities
