We are looking for a Senior Python Engineer with exceptional debugging skills and a passion for building complex, data-driven backends. You are someone who goes beyond just writing code—you understand the internals of the Python language, optimize performance, and enjoy the challenge of orchestrating LLMs into functional, reliable agents. Key Responsibilities Advanced Backend Engineering: Architect and scale robust APIs using FastAPI or equivalent modern frameworks. AI Orchestration: Develop and maintain sophisticated Agentic workflows using LangGraph and LangChain . Database Strategy: Design and manage high-performance data layers across SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL systems. Complex Debugging: Act as the internal expert for troubleshooting deep-seated technical issues and optimizing system bottlenecks. AI Integration: Research and implement the latest LLM techniques to enhance application intelligence and automation. Required Qualifications Python Mastery: Deep professional experience in Python, including a strong grasp of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and memory management. Superior Debugging: A proven track record of solving /"impossible/" bugs and improving existing codebases. Framework Proficiency: Extensive hands-on experience with FastAPI (or Flask/Django). Data Fluency: Solid experience working with both relational databases and NoSQL solutions. Preferred Experience Agentic Frameworks: Practical experience with LangGraph for building stateful, multi-agent systems. LLM Tooling: Familiarity with vector stores, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering. Cloud Awareness: General familiarity with AWS or GCP and containerization ( Docker ) to help bridge the gap between code and deployment.
