Job Description About the Role We are seeking a talentedPower BI Developerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in buildingPower BI dashboards, working withsemantic data models, and handlingSQL-based data operations. This role requires collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintainPower BI dashboardsand reports. - Build and managesemantic modelsfor efficient data representation. - Create and optimizeSQL Views,Stored Procedures, and manageETL processesfor data integration. - Collaborate with stakeholders togather requirementsand deliver accurate, insightful reports. - Prepare and maintaintechnical documentationfor BI solutions. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making. - Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance in reporting solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications - 1-5 yearsof experience inPower BI development(data modelling, DAX, Power Query). - Strong proficiency inSQLfor creating and managing complex queries, views, and stored procedures. - Experience withETL processesand data integration techniques. - Basic knowledge ofAWSandAzurecloud platforms. - Familiarity withQlik Sense(added advantage). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. - Good atrequirement gatheringandtechnical documentation. Preferred Certifications - Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (or equivalent). - Any cloud-related certification (AWS/Azure fundamentals). Soft Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.
