Job Description Grow Your Staff is looking for a Web Designer for a US-based independent board game publisher focused on developing interactive business stimulation games. This is a full-time remote position The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will be directly working with the team based in the USA. Experience required: 4-6 years Time: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (Tuesday - Saturday) CTC: INR12-18 LPA Location: Remote Type of employment: Full-time Responsibilities - Build and manage e-commerce websites (Shopify, WordPress) as well as informational/brand websites. - Work on both customizing existing sites and developing new websites from scratch. - Convert briefs into wireframes that organize content and ensure a strong user experience. - Collaborate with graphic designers and/or lead the design process when needed. - Implement dynamic website features (hover animations, smooth transitions, content toggles, etc.) to improve usability. - Ensure accessibility standards are considered in all designs to improve SEO and user experience. - Follow clear processes: wireframing, design, development, and launch, with approvals before production. - Maintain and improve websites for performance, functionality, and ease of use. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in Shopify and WordPress website development. - Familiarity with other platforms such as Squarespace, Weebly, and Wix. - Strong understanding of wireframing, UX layout, and site structure planning. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with US-based stakeholders. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently or with designers.
