Mid-Level Intune Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, configuration, and compliance policies.
- Deploy and manage applications, profiles, and scripts for Windows and macOS devices via Intune.
- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement Intune policies for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device enrollment, policy enforcement, and application deployment on macOS devices.
- Assist in the migration of device management tasks from traditional tools (e.g., Jamf) to Microsoft Intune.
- Monitor and maintain device compliance, security, and performance across all managed endpoints.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior team members.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Intune features and macOS management capabilities to recommend and implement improvements.
- Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience managing endpoints using Microsoft Intune, with a focus on Windows and macOS device management.
- Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, and Conditional Access policies.
- Familiarity with macOS security features, file systems, and command-line tools (e.g., Bash, PowerShell).
- Basic knowledge of Windows device management in Intune is a plus.
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for endpoint management tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate) are a plus
