Advisor – Master Data Management

The Advisor, Master Data management will be responsible for the delivery of Master data Management solutions, in a timely and cost-effective manner. They will contribute to the success of the broader work management initiative by applying their technical and practical expertise into the project to deliver high quality outputs and reporting on progress.
Technical Capabilities:
- Graduate/Diploma in MechanicalEngineering/ElectricalEngineering with relevant experience.
- A strong Maintenance Planning background would be advantageous.
- Understanding of Master Data Standards and Processes
- Use of SAP, particularly related to Plant Maintenance
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge is desirable.
- Experience in reporting tools like Power Bi and Tableau would be an added advantage.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
TheAdvisor, Asset Managementwill perform the following duties:
- Positively support the culture to ensure a safe, productive, quality, sustainable and disciplined approach to work.
- Facilitates workshops, focus group discussion and one-on-one sessions with key site stakeholders to gather information required to meet project deliverables.
- Engages key site stakeholders to resolve issues and challenges regarding asset management projects.
- Support in the quality deliverables & timely delivery of projects and reports
- Cultivate positive relationships through effective communication, feedback, and consultation.Business requirement gathering.
- Master data development, creation and governance standard practice.Work management flow preparation for master data management.
- Utilises various tools and templates to support the development of quality standardised Master Data.
- Quality assurance and controlling as per the standard procedures in PM master data area.
- Implementation of continuous improvement plans in the Master data in accordance with the business requirements.

The ideal candidate will be able to display the following necessary skills:
- Good communications and stakeholder engagement skills with the capability to impart knowledge to colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
- Good analytical skills to understand the business requirements and ability to correlate with the standard practices.
- Methodical thinking and ability to develop the process and procedures as per the requirements.
- Good hands-on experience in principles of master data management.
- Enjoys focusing on and following set processes and the ability to propose new improvements in the process that helps the sustainability.
