Role Overview As a Senior Robotics Software Engineer, you'll design and deploy advanced robotic vision systems, integrating cameras, GPUs, and AI models into real-world robotic platforms. You'll work hands-on across hardware and software layers from vision system design and ROS-based control, to AI model deployment and full robotic system integration. Key Responsibilities - Select and integrate vision hardware (cameras, GPUs, encoders, lighting). - Develop and deploy Vision AI pipelines for robotic perception. - Build and optimize ROS/ROS2 nodes for motion, trajectory planning, and data collection. - Collaborate closely with AI and hardware teams for end-to-end system deployment. - Calibrate and tune sensors; oversee field testing and deployment. - Work with IMUs, LiDARs, servo motors, and drive controllers. - Utilize Docker and cloud services for scalable deployment and monitoring. - Implement and maintain communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, TCP/IP, etc.). Requirements - 23 years of experience in robotics software development. - Strong programming skills in C++ and Python. - Proficiency in ROS/ROS2 frameworks. - Solid understanding of GPU computing and deployment frameworks. - Hands-on experience with LiDAR, cameras, and other robotic sensors. - Knowledge of motion control, real-time perception, and hardware integration. - Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, CAN, TCP/IP).
