On-site, fast-paced, and full of challenges—expect steep learning, real ownership, and visible impact. What you’ll do Build and maintain Shopify stores (Liquid, Sections/OS 2.0, JSON templates) with responsive, pixel-perfect UI. Improve Core Web Vitals/Lighthouse, SEO basics, analytics events (GA4, Meta/TT), and run A/B tests. Configure metafields, filters, bundles, advanced cart/checkout; integrate Storefront/Admin APIs & key apps. Design & deploy AI agents for support, merchandising, and ops: retrieval, tool use, evaluation loops. Integrate workflows/dashboards with OMS/CRM/fulfilment via APIs, webhooks, and automations. Must-haves 3–4 years of hands-on Shopify development (Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JS/TypeScript) with live store results. Proven site speed + conversion improvements. AI agent platforms experience: solid knowledge and hands-on work m ake.com , and/or n8n (Zapier nice-to-have). Comfort with Node.js, Git, modern bundlers; clear communication and ownership mindset. Portfolio required : links to live Shopify stores/themes and at least one shipped AI agent (brief write-up on problem, stack, results). Nice to have React (Hydrogen/Remix) or Next.js; Shopify Functions & checkout extensibility. Serverless (Vercel/Netlify/Cloudflare), Supabase/Firestore; vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate). Data/ETL fundamentals for experimentation and event design. Education Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio.
