Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer to manage, automate, and enhance our development and deployment pipelines. You will work closely with development teams to ensure continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), infrastructure reliability, system monitoring, and robust security practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. CI/CD Pipeline Management:

- Develop, maintain, and improve automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
- Implement and manage tools for continuous integration and delivery.

2. Infrastructure Automation:

- Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of servers and services.

3. Cloud and Server Management:

- Manage and monitor cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or on-premises servers.
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, cost, and scalability.

4. Monitoring & Incident Response:

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system health.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues quickly to minimize downtime.

5. Security & Compliance:

- Apply security best practices for cloud infrastructure and deployments.
- Support vulnerability scans, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth deployment workflows.
- Assist QA and support teams with environment-related issues.

7. Documentation:

- Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.
- Solid experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Understanding of source control systems, especially Git.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
