Counter Sales Executive Position Counter Sales Executive Department Sales Retail Operations Industry Clothing Footwear Home Furnishing Job Type Full-time Reporting To Store Manager Department Supervisor Job Summary The Counter Sales Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service achieving sales targets and ensuring smooth retail operations The role requires multitasking strong communication skills and the ability to handle B2C Business-to-Customer sales in clothing footwear and home furnishing sections Key Responsibilities Customer Service Sales Greet customers and understand their requirements Provide product information and suggest suitable options Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets Convert walk-in customers into regular buyers Handle customer queries complaints and returns professionally Product Handling Maintain product display cleanliness and visual merchandising standards Ensure proper stock arrangement and replenishment on counters Assist in managing inventory stock counting and tagging General Responsibilities Support other departments as needed multitasking Maintain store hygiene and discipline Follow company policies SOPs and security protocols Skills Qualifications Minimum HS Graduate preferred Experience in retail sales of apparel footwear or home furnishing preferred Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems Positive attitude teamwork and professional behavior Salary Benefits Salary as per company standards Incentives based on sales performance PF ESI and other benefits as per company policy Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
