What You'll Do

- Design and develop key components of our technology stack, including real-time data pipelines and scalable data processing services
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code daily
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to plan, design, and implement complex solutions
- Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot systems to improve performance and stability
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to technical discussions

Expertise You'll Bring

- We’re looking for a hands-on engineer with strong backend and data engineering skills, cloud experience, and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in software engineering using languages like Ruby or Python (Ruby preferred for legacy codebase)
- Experience working with multi-terabyte datasets using relational and non-relational databases (BigQuery experience highly desirable)
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform technologies such as GKE, Cloud SQL, GCS
- Strong understanding of queuing systems, distributed architectures, and scalability
- Skilled in version control systems like Git/Bitbucket
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Experience in AdTech industry is a plus
- Deep knowledge of SQL performance tuning and query optimization
