Responsibilities: - - Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for medical imaging AI projects, and ensure alignment with clinical and business goals. - Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of medical imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, and more, and their clinical applications. - Stay at the forefront of medical imaging AI advancements, identify and champion new applications across various medical specialties. - Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, foster collaboration and innovation in medical imaging AI. - Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions for medical image analysis, diagnosis support, and clinical decision-making. - Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from problem definition and data curation to model training, validation, and deployment in clinical workflows. - Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other stakeholders to ensure the clinical relevance and usability of AI solutions. - Advocate for responsible AI practices in healthcare and ensure adherence to ethical guidelines. - Translate complex medical imaging and AI concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and on-technical audiences. - Analyze and optimize AI model performance for accuracy, efficiency, and clinical impact. Experience: - - 10 - 15 Years Location: - - Mumbai - Pune - Bangalore Educational Qualifications: - - Any Bachelor/ Master in medical Imaging, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Skills: - Mandatory Technical skills - Should have extensive experience in dealing with DICOM formats and in-depth understanding of MedTech companies compliance with DICOM formats. - Minimum over 5 years of experience in leading and implementing successful medical imaging AI projects. - Proven track record of developing and deploying clinically validated AI solutions that improve healthcare outcomes. - In-depth understanding of deep learning architectures for medical image analysis such as CNNs, Transformers, and more. - Experience in medical imaging datasets, preprocessing techniques, and data quality assurance in AI development. - Strong knowledge of regulatory considerations (FDA, HIPAA) for medical AI applications. Good to have skills: - - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to bridge the gap between technical and clinical teams. - A passion for healthcare innovation and a desire to make a positive impact on patient lives.
