The Medical Laboratory Scientist will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests and experiments, analyzing blood, urine, and tissue samples, preparing specimens, and operating laboratory equipment. The role also involves maintaining laboratory records, ensuring quality control, and adhering to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Daily tasks will also include collaborating with healthcare professionals, interpreting test results, and providing accurate diagnostic information. Qualifications - Medical Technology and Laboratory Skills - Laboratory Medicine and Pathology experience - Quality Control skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Attention to detail and accuracy - Experience in a clinical laboratory settingi - Master degree (MSc) in Medical Laboratory Scienc - PhD in Medical Laboratory Science - Over 15 years of experience in Clinical Laboratory and blood banking. - 5 years experience of teaching as Guest Faculty on Medical Laboratory discipline. - Several original research publication along with first author.
