Job Title Civil Engineer Location Baghpat Uttar Pradesh Job Type Full-time Qualification Diploma B Tech in Civil Engineering Experience 1-2 years Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply Salary Range 25 000 - 35 000 per month Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team in Baghpat UP The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or B Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 1-2 years of experience freshers with strong technical knowledge are also welcome The role involves site supervision project execution and working closely with the project management team to ensure smooth and timely project delivery Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Oversee and monitor the progress of construction sites ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards Project Execution Assist in planning and executing civil engineering projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Quality Control Ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meets project standards and specifications Team Coordination Coordinate with contractors vendors and other stakeholders involved in the project Reporting Maintain and update project documentation reports and daily progress logs Problem-Solving Identify potential issues on-site and find effective solutions to prevent project delays Site Inspections Conduct regular inspections of ongoing projects to ensure adherence to architectural plans and construction schedules Required Skills Site Supervision and on-ground construction experience Strong technical knowledge in Civil Engineering principles Good understanding of project execution and construction management Ability to read and interpret blueprints architectural plans and construction drawings Knowledge of building materials construction techniques and safety standards Good communication skills to interact with clients contractors and team members Ability to work independently and in a team Proficiency in basic software e g MS Office AutoCAD etc Preferred Candidate Profile Diploma or B Tech in Civil Engineering 1-2 years of relevant experience freshers with strong technical skills are also encouraged to apply Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Baghpat U P Own transport will be an advantage for on-site visits Perks Benefits Competitive salary 25 000 - 35 000 per month Opportunity to work on large-scale and impactful projects Career growth prospects in a dynamic and supportive environment Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
