Assistant Store Manager

Supervise day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth customer service and sales performance Monitor and guide sales staff to maintain high levels of product knowledge grooming and customer interaction standards Coordinate with different departments billing inventory security to maintain floor efficiency Ensure proper product display cleanliness and overall visual merchandising standards are maintained Handle high-value customers and resolve customer complaints or queries promptly and effectively Track daily sales performance and report floor KPIs to the Store Manager Ensure adherence to store policies SOPs and safety protocols Conduct team briefings assign targets and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals Support training and onboarding of new floor staff Maintain security and vigilance over high-value items and floor activity Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Rourkela Orissa Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package Preferred Language Odia Preferred Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
