We are currently seeking a Business Consulting-Product owner Cum Business Analyst to join our team in Pune, Mahrshtra (IN-MH), India (IN). We are looking for a Product Owner cum Business Analyst who can bridge business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, define product features, manage the product backlog, and ensure the successful delivery of product enhancements. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in Agile environments. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, business goals, and product vision. - Translate high-level business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. - Own and manage the product backlog: prioritize features, enhancements, and defects based on business value. - Conduct requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and workflow analyses. - Collaborate with development, QA, UX, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth delivery of product increments. - Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams. - Conduct Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Review, and Retrospective sessions. - Validate deliverables to ensure alignment with requirements and quality standards. - Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking. - Provide demo sessions to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement. ---------------------------------------- Required Skills - Proven experience working as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role. - Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. - Ability to create clear user stories, process flows, and business documentation. - Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and impact assessment. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar task management platforms. ---------------------------------------- Good to Have - Domain experience in Banking / Payments / FinTech - Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, or Agile BA.
