Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking, responsible, and energetic individual for the role of Retail Sales Executive (Ice Cream Truck Salesperson). This is a field-based sales and driving role that involves selling branded ice creams directly from a truck at various high-footfall locations such as parks, schools, tourist areas, and events. The candidate will be responsible for driving the ice cream truck, maintaining cleanliness and product stock, serving customers, and collecting payments. A free accommodation facility will be provided if needed.Key Responsibilities:1. Driving and Vehicle Handling Drive the ice cream truck to different pre-assigned or roaming retail spots as per the company’s schedule Ensure the truck is safely parked and positioned in busy areas to attract maximum customers Maintain the vehicle in good condition and follow basic maintenance routines Drive responsibly and comply with all traffic and safety regulations 2. Sales & Customer Service Greet customers politely and promote ice cream products available on the menu Help customers choose flavors and serve them using proper hygiene practices Upsell combos or promote new product launches when applicable Handle cash and digital payments accurately and provide correct change when needed Keep a friendly and cheerful attitude to attract repeat customers 3. Stock and Inventory Management Load the truck with required stock from the warehouse or central cold storage Maintain proper inventory of ice creams, cones, cups, spoons, napkins, etc. Monitor the freezer and ensure products are kept at the right temperature Inform the supervisor or logistics team when supplies are running low 4. Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintain high levels of cleanliness inside and outside the truck at all times Regularly sanitize the serving area and clean the freezer compartments Wear proper attire (gloves, cap, apron) while serving food items Dispose of waste responsibly and keep the area tidy 5.
