We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Representative who can take charge of digital lead generation, client outreach, and online presence — helping us connect cutting-edge compute infrastructure with India’s most innovative startups and enterprises. 🎯 Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute digital lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and industry platforms - Manage and grow Novacore’s LinkedIn and online presence — posts, outreach messages, client follow-ups, and case studies - Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients in AI, cloud computing, gaming, and enterprise tech - Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and structured follow-up cadences - Collaborate with leadership to craft custom proposals, partnership pitches, and demo sessions - Report weekly on outreach performance, qualified leads generated, and deals closed 💰 Compensation Structure - Commission-based model: Earn a significant percentage on every converted client or closed deal - Monthly performance bonus: Additional bonus for achieving or exceeding qualified lead targets - Hybrid flexibility: Work remotely, with occasional travel or in-person meetings when required - High-performing reps can grow into Business Development Manager or Head of Sales roles as Novacore scales 💡 Ideal Candidate - 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, cloud services, or tech infrastructure - Proficient in LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and CRM tools - Confident communicator with strong written and presentation skills - Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and motivated by performance-based earnings - Basic understanding (or eagerness to learn) about GPUs, AI workloads, and cloud infrastructure 🌐 Why Join Novacore? - Represent India’s first company to bring NVIDIA Blackwell B200 GPUs to market - Access premium infrastructure and partnerships with Supermicro, FarmGPU, and CtrlS - Flexible, high-autonomy environment with direct access to the founding team - Fast-track growth and earning potential — the more you sell, the more you earn 📩 Apply via LinkedIn or email your resume to: [aryamaan@novacorein.com] 🌍 Website: [www.novacorein.com]
