Job Title Chartered Accountant Male Department Finance Accounts Location Rai Kundli Sonipat Reports To CFO Finance Manager Director - Finance Job Summary We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant CA to manage all financial accounting and taxation functions of the organization The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements maintain accurate financial records and provide insights for strategic decision-making Key Responsibilities 1 Financial Accounting Reporting Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards Ind AS IFRS Ensure timely monthly quarterly and annual financial closings Maintain general ledgers and oversee reconciliation of accounts 2 Budgeting Forecasting Prepare annual budgets forecasts and variance analysis reports Monitor budget performance and provide financial insights to management 3 Audit Compliance Coordinate with internal and external auditors Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Companies Act Income Tax Act and GST laws File all returns and ensure adherence to audit and assurance standards 4 Taxation Handle direct and indirect taxation Income Tax GST TDS etc Review tax computations filings and assessments Advise management on tax planning and optimization strategies 5 Financial Control Analysis Develop and implement internal control systems and processes Analyze financial data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities Support management in decision-making through accurate financial insights 6 Treasury Cash Flow Management Manage cash flow banking operations and fund requirements Oversee investment and financing activities as required Qualifications Skills Qualified Chartered Accountant CA from ICAI 20 years of post-qualification experience in accounting audit or finance Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and taxation Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software e g Tally SAP Oracle QuickBooks Excellent analytical communication and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and integrity Preferred Experience Experience in industry type e g manufacturing IT financial services Exposure to ERP implementation and process automation Prior experience in financial planning or business strategy is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 90 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
