Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare estimates and cost plans aligned with project briefs and evolving designs
- Generate standard documentation such as quantity take-offs, reports, valuations, and formal letters
- Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents and participate in contract reviews
- Conduct tender analysis and support the preparation of tender evaluation reports
- Support valuations and interim applications, including re-measurement and variation adjustments
- Assist in settling construction disputes and preparing final accounts
- Attend design and progress meetings remotely as required

Candidate Specification

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Desirable Skills and Experience:

- Experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation
- Proven track record in a Cost Consultancy environment
- Familiarity with CostX, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Sector experience in residential, mixed-use, or transport infrastructure projects
