The ideal candidate should be passionate about scalable development, system optimization, and working with modern AI-driven platforms. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain scalable front-end and back-end features for AI-driven products. - Build responsive web interfaces using ReactJS. - Develop secure and efficient server-side logic using Python & Django. - Optimize caching and performance using Redis. - Integrate APIs, microservices, and data pipelines. - Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Design teams for smooth delivery. - Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements. - Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation. Required Skills & Experience : - 4 to 12 years of full stack development experience. - Strong command of Python, Django, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Experience with Redis, PostgreSQL/MySQL, REST APIs. - Strong understanding of system architecture and scalable application development. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS preferred). - Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment. Good to Have : - Experience with AI/ML integrations. - Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or microservices. - Prior work in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
