Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Pune, with the flexibility to work from home periodically. Responsibilities include creating and implementing innovative digital marketing campaigns, optimizing online advertising strategies, managing social media marketing efforts, analyzing web traffic, and measuring campaign performance. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives to align with the company's goals. Qualifications - Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing strategies - Strong skills in Digital Marketing tactics and Web Analytics - Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal - Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies - Experience with marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms - Familiarity with the financial services industry and regulatory environments is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field This role is based in London; candidates currently in London and immediate joiners are preferred.
