Key Responsibilities 1 Inventory Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for raw materials packaging materials and finished goods Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock discrepancies and wastage Ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production schedules efficiently 2 Order Fulfilment Coordination Coordinate with Production Procurement and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment Oversee the movement of materials from warehouse to production and vice versa Implement prioritization systems for smooth production requirements 3 Storage Space Optimization Optimize warehouse layout and ensure efficient utilization of space Maintain systematic labelling segregation and storage of materials Introduce effective storage solutions to enhance capacity utilization 4 Quality Compliance Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure materials meet company quality standards Conduct periodic inspections and monitor storage conditions Prevent storage of damaged or non-conforming materials Maintain a clean safe and compliant storage environment 6 Team Management Supervise train and mentor store and warehouse staff Define KPIs and evaluate performance periodically Promote teamwork discipline and accountability within the department 7 Documentation Reporting Maintain comprehensive records of material inflow outflow and stock movements Generate daily weekly monthly reports on inventory status consumption and variances Present actionable insights for process improvement and cost control 8 Technology System Integration Operate and manage the Inventory Management System IMS Explore opportunities to automate and digitize warehouse operations Train staff on software and technology usage for better accuracy and efficiency 9 Cost Resource Management Monitor warehouse operational expenses and identify areas for cost reduction Optimize manpower and material handling resources Minimize material losses and wastage through efficient controls 10 Process Improvement Continuously assess store processes and suggest improvements for productivity and accuracy Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in warehouse store management preferably in FMCG or hygiene product manufacturing Strong knowledge of inventory systems material handling and warehouse operations Excellent leadership analytical and communication skills Proficiency in ERP IMS software and Microsoft Excel Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements in industrial environments Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund
